Our Mission

Who We Are

Homeland Heroes Foundation (HHF) is a US-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working at the intersection of veteran welfare, humanitarian aid, and international advocacy. Founded on the principle that every person who served their nation deserves dignity and support — regardless of where they served or where they live today.

We operate globally, with active programs in the United States, Europe (Germany, UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands), the Balkans, and across Asia. Our international network connects veteran organizations, government agencies, and civil society partners in over 30 countries.

In Turkey and the broader Turkic world, we work through our affiliated foundation Vatan Kahramanları Vakfı, extending our mission to veterans and martyr families across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Balkans.

Our work spans four pillars: medical & rehabilitation support, legal rights advocacy, education & scholarships, and mental health & reintegration.

"None can speak more eloquently for peace than those who have fought in war."

— Ralph Bunche, Nobel Peace Prize 1950
